⁵⁶ This I have had [as the gift of Your grace and as my reward]: that I have kept Your precepts [hearing, receiving, loving, and obeying them].

⁵⁷ You are my portion, O Lord; I have promised to keep Your words.

⁵⁸ I entreated Your favor with my whole heart; be merciful and gracious to me according to Your promise.
